Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day or two.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) – available at checkout for an additional fee
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to postal carrier issues beyond our control.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This will include a tracking number when available.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Damages & Lost Packages
Empowered Movement Therapy is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at mdonat.emtherapy@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product so we can help resolve it.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
